Who organizes the WROAR ride?

	Alexandra Committee Chair What do people call you? Isis Your ride: 1990 VTR 250 (Pinky, WROAR themed bike) & 2002 SV 650S Years riding: 10 What is your dream bike? I refuse to answer this on the grounds it may incriminate me to future Factories wanting to give me a free motorcycle How would we recognize you? I have been in different fields of this industry since the beginning. I started working motorcycle shows. I have worked in some of the big name bike shops (Cycle World, Brampton Cycle, Z1 Cycletech). I spent a few years working for various race teams in the marketing and sponsorship areas. I also use to write articles for 2Ride.ca enthusiast magazine. I have been working with WROAR for 9 years. You can also find me on GTAMotorcycle.com as a moderator. I have enjoyed all the ups and downs (well not so much the downs) this industry has to offer. I hope to branch out even further one day. What do you do in your non-motorcycle life? Currently I am a full time student at York working on my BA in psychology. Evenings and weekends I am not out on the bike I can be found working behind a bar as a veteran bartender. In the winter if I have time you can find me pretend snowboarding or trying to convince people to teach me how to hockey stop on skates. What cartoon character to you most resemble? Duh SAILOR MOON! Random facts about you? I have a huge weakness for gingerbread men... And when I was little I was determined to be the first professional female baseball player and I was going to do it in heels! Reasons for joining WROAR? Oh my! That is a very interesting story and you will just have to come find me to hear it.
	ALICE 1. What do people call you? Shortie or Shrimp 2. What do you ride? Suzuki - GSX-R600 3. What's your most memorable moment in motorcycling? Riding through 318 curves of the Tail of the Dragon and Charhala Skyway, North Carolina. 4. What prompted you to join the WROAR Organizing Committee? I joined because I feel very strongly that WROAR is a worthy cause that raises awareness for an important social issue, and helps to raise funds for the Toronto Rape Crisis Centre. 5. What's your dream bike? Though it's really hard to just pick one, I would have to say a white Ducati 848 6. What cartoon character do you think you resemble? Jerry of "Tom and Jerry". I'm always making trouble.

	Brittany 1. What do people call you? Britt 2. What do you ride? Rufio, my red 2011 Honda CBR 250. 3. What's your most memorable moment in motorcycling? Riding drenched in a full-blown thunderstorm from the 401 - 427 - QEW, and taking an exit ramp into a puddle so deep the water tidal-waved over me and my bike. I'm still amazed I didn't drop...or drown. But I got a free bike wash! 4. What prompted you to join the WROAR Organizing committee? I wanted to share in the amazing camaraderie of a group of riders who came together to support a cause that's not too often brought to light. I love the sense of empowerment they give to women - and any riders for that matter! 5. What's your dream bike Ducati Superbike 1199 Panigale R *drool* 6. A random fact about Brittany I love ripping it on the guitar, just as much as my bike.
	Goldie 1. What do people call you? GoldieTiger 2. What do you ride? Suzuki 2011 GSX-R 750 Black 3. What's your most memorable moment in motorcycling? On Oct. 10th, 2009, Thanksgiving weekend, I went with an all Ladies group to 507 for the 1st time & got hit by a pickup truck that ran a stop sign. Was air-lifted to Sunnybrook Hospital where I stayed for about a month & another month at rehab. 4. What prompted you to join the WROAR Organizing committee? I joined to help Liz Metcalfe because she was my mentor & I wanted some way to pay it forward to empowering women. 5. What's your dream ride My dream ride is to go to Deal's Gap and ride the Dragon. 6. who is your hero? Liz Metcalfe
	Raph 1. What do people call you? Rafiki 2. What do you ride? 2010 GS500F and 2007 GSXR600 3. What's your most memorable moment in motorcycling? The feeling I got riding my GSXR for the first time at TMP. (Toronto Motorsports Park Racetrack) 4. What prompted you to join the WROAR Organizing committee? I want to help Toronto Rape Crisis Centre/Multicultural Women Against Rape raise the funds they need to help women that need the help. 5. What's your dream bike? lol I'd like a garage full of bikes one for every need:) Really loved the look and feel of the 2013 BMW F800R at the January bike show.
	Shelly 1. What do people call you? YOSHE 2. What do you ride? Candy Lime Green 2012 Kawasaki Ninja 250 3. What's your most memorable moment in motorcycling? Riding to Aminal and Fozzys BBQ through a hail/downpour in very stylin MC Hammer parachute pants!!!!! 4. What prompted you to join the WROAR Organizing committee? Wanting to get more involved with the community and meet more people in the riding community. 5. What's your dream bike? MV Agusta F4 RR - Such a sexy bike. 6. What cartoon character do you think you resemble? YOSHI
	Pinky 1. What do people call you? Pinky 2. What do you ride? Ride? I'm a motorcycle... a Honda VTR250 3. What's your most memorable moment in motorcycling? I get to be the WROAR Ride theme bike, and go on all the rides, and the bike shows sometimes too! 4. What prompted you to join the WROAR Organizing committee? My rider is a committee member, and that's how I got to be the WROAR theme bike.
